2. Counter-Notification

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights.
4. Good Faith
Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. Please only submit claims if you have a genuine, good-faith belief that your rights are being violated.
